This Body Smarts Through Movement Arts introductory workshop brings the concepts of body boundaries and consent to young children using simple language and engaging movement-based activities. We will learn about body respect and safety, while celebrating connection and affection. Expect dance, drawing, games, and our very own body safety song!
The workshop requires parent/guardian participation. Recommended for children aged 3 – 6 years and their parents/guardians. Please be dressed in clothes that are comfortable for movement and being on the floor.
We offer Body Smarts Through Movement Arts so that children in Singapore can learn about and practice body boundaries and consent while moving their bodies! This workshop is for families who are finding their way into the topic, as well as families who have already begun addressing the topic at home, and are looking for ways to reinforce the learning.
